The flowers were lovely and were delivered in time for the visitation as promised. The only "surprise" was the $31 fee for delivery, which I thought would be included in the posted cost of $71.24. Also, be aware when ordering that the price is for the smallest basic bouquet, but the premium bouquet is what is highlighted to order. In other words, pay close attention to the ordering process or you might exceed your budget.

I sincerely hope the arrangement I ordered was as pretty in person as was the picture. I have no way of knowing what the family thought as the flowers were a gift that my sister asked me to order. I decreased the rating stars on each item because #1-I don't usually by funerary arrangements, #2 I didn't really speak to anyone, and #3-I can't say whether the flowers met expectations because I wasn't there to see them.

When I saw the flowers at the viewing I was not the least bit happy! Some of the flowers looked wilted or just old. It was not a very pretty display. I contacted the Sympathy Store about the issue and they responded promptly and offered a partial refund for my purchase. I was very happy with their prompt courteous service and will use them again when necessary.

When I placed the order, the florist was already closed. The Sympathy Store called and emailed me the next morning (early) to apologize for not being able to get the delivery to the destination I requested in time for the visitation. They offered to deliver to the home but I didn't have the address. They checked with the funeral home and then followed up with me. The arrangement was delivered to the home and the recipient was very pleased. I appreciate The Sympathy Store's follow up!
